幼児ひとりひとりの性格を的確に把握し、＜明るく　正しく　仲よく＞を信条に、

家庭的な雰囲気の中で心と身体の調和のある発達を期する。

幼児の身体、心情、意欲、態度の発達に関わる「健康」「人間関係」「環境」「言葉」「表現」の領域を、

自由遊び・一斉活動・生活・四季折々の行事に織り込んで、たのしい保育を行なう。

幼稚園での集団生活を通して、けじめある基本的な生活習慣・態度と道徳、社会生活の規則を習得する。

童話の語りや読み聞かせ、童謡など、世代や国境を超えて大切にしたい児童の文化を

継承してゆくことも幼稚園の重大な使命と考え、教育に当っている。

「白い子には白い光を、青い子には青い光を…」

ひとりひとりに生来そなわる性格の解明に力を注いで、「井草幼稚園精神作業検査」が

本園において創案されました。幼児の性格の的確な把握と、性格についての相談を行っています。

リトミック・器楽合奏を通して音楽の基礎を培うと同時に、

日常に豊かな歌のあふれる幼稚園生活です。

生き生きと遊ぶことを園生活の中心に置きながら、絵画制作、運動遊び、

囲碁のルールを基礎にした考え遊び、ゲーム、リトミックなどの一斉活動も取り入れ、

幼児自身が達成感を味わい、各々の得意を発揮できるよう心掛けています。

Education basis of Igusa　Kindergarten

To make full of children’s natureral characters, to know the working of nature, to enjoy music, to grow up bodies and souls . . . All of these can be conducted only under the guidance of the world exceeding the wisdom of human beings.

Education policy of Igusa Kindergarten

☆We understand the character of each child properly, and aim to develop his body in harmony with the soul in a homelike atmosphere according to our motto “Live cheerfully, honestly, and happily”

☆We take care of children pleasantly while incorporating the factors of “Health”, “Human Relationship”, “Environment”, “Words”, and “Expression” related to the development of the body, soul, motivation, and seasonal events.

☆Children can learn fundamental customs, manners, morals. And social rules while they play in a group at the kindergarten.

☆We believe it is an important role of our kindergarten to hand down juvenile culture to children by telling and reading stories and singing songs,

which should be cherished by people of all generations and countries.
